The web is fed into the line
through infeed table which guides it to the straightener truly aligned and
straight.
The straightener unit has 9 power driven rollers of 100 mm diameter. All
rollers are hard chromium plated.
Rubber coated pull rollers feed the web through measuring wheel to the
slitter.
Diameter of standard slitter blades is 200 mm on 160 mm shafts. Amount of
blade pairs usable depends on web thickness; 5 pairs on 0,7 mm and 2 pairs
on 1,5 mm.
The cutting unit is on separate body.
Slitter units with 260 mm blades on 220 mm shafts and thicker shafts are
available as optional extra. Same with the receiving tables in different versions.
